Celebrating a new lifestyle as a living system through connections with nature, to explore and discover beyond boundaries. The masterplan creates a flexible landscape, re-interpreting the cultural context, as well as allowing for evolution over time, to connect the past, present and future. The design accommodates program of different scales and experiences, both for individuals and groups, active and passive, permanent and temporary. Spatial segregation of programme themes is a place making approach to offer a unique identity to each character area of the development.
