Morphis were appointed by China Resources Land for the exclusive 180 acre luxury hillside villas project overlooking Xiaojing Bay, Huizhou, as part of a coastal urban development located to the east of Shenzhen. The residential development is part of a larger mixed-use development, masterplanned by Foster + Partners, consisting of an international 5 star hotel, clubhouse, retail complexes and a private university.
