About Morphis

Morphis are specialists in creating landscapes which celebrate context, experience and memory. We create memorable destinations across Asia, the Middle East and Europe for public realm, commercial, retail, luxury residential and hospitality developments.

An energetic and passionate team led by Mark Blackwell, a Chartered Landscape Architect and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Morphis is made of the industry’s talented and nicest people. We are a family of creative thinkers, innovators and designers collaborating on projects around the world. We reflect this rich mix of cultural connections with our young and cosmopolitan, yet experienced team - a boutique appeal with a global reach, and creativity without boundaries.

Since establishing Morphis in 2014, and winning the international competition for Kai Tak City Public Realm, Hong Kong in early 2015, the practice received 3 design excellence awards at the 2016 biennial Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects ceremony. In 2019, Morphis were finalists in the World Landscape Architecture awards, and went on to win the 2019 World Architecture Festival award for the international competition winning Shenzhen Bay urbanism development in the ‘Future Project - Infrastructure’ category.
